Eka Software Solutions, a leading provider of Commodity Trade and Risk Management ( CTRM) software, has recently been ranked No. 4 on the India Fast Growth 25 by AllWorld Network. The India Fast Growth 25 ranks the hottest growth companies in India creating new jobs and economic value. Eka was the highest ranked of the eight technology company leaders among the 25.  The AllWorld recognition is the latest in a series of plaudits the company has received.

Eka was ranked 4th based on its 451% growth rate in revenue between 2007 and 2009. Competing against 75 companies that vied for a spot on the India 25 list, Eka achieved its position after a survey of Eka’s business strategy and operations and a review of its audited financial statements.  The companies on the list are at least three years old and have a proven track record of growth like redBus and Micromax Informatics.

AllWorld Network through the “India Fast Growth 25” aims to spotlight the scalable growth companies creating jobs in India. They are the “Leading Indicators of India’s Next Economy,” according to AllWorld.  Headed by Deirdre M. Coyle, Jr., Anne Habiby and Professor Michael E. Porter of the Harvard Business School, AllWorld Network was established in 2007 for the purpose of promoting entrepreneurship throughout the developing world.

The India Fast Growth 25 companies have created thousands of jobs and generated much of their revenue from outside India. The list was created in partnership with Entrepreneur magazine, PHD Chamber, the TiE Network, Nexus Ventures and the Mumbai Angels network. The listing puts the companies on the global radar screen so that capital, talent and opportunities come to them and they reach their potential as innovators and job creators.
