Comdaq Metals Ltd, the over-the-counter (OTC) broker and online trading platform for Precious and Platinum Group Metals (PGMs) today reports an eight per cent increase to 31-03-10 and a further twenty seven percent year-on-year increase in gross revenue for the first four months to 31-07-10.
Despite a difficult period for commodity broking and restrictions in credit, the company has seen the increase across it’s range of services which include OTC broking, online trading, data vending and Rhodium, Ruthenium and Iridium Fixings. Online trade revenues increased by 759 per cent for the period April-July 2010 giving the company a projected year-on-year online trade and fixing revenue in excess of $1.15m. This figure represents 29 per cent of group revenue.The increase in online B2B users and a 696 per cent increase in trading volumes across the company’s product range has led to the expansion of Comdaq Metals in Singapore and London to meet increasing demand.
The company has over 150 companies registered online including trade houses, refineries and international banks with a total of over 450 access portals. It provides the most liquid physical commodities online trading platform for PGMs and offers a robust and simple operating system which allows clients to negotiate anonymously online. Being internet-based it is also easily accessible via various mediums.

The company saw a 696 per cent year-on-year increase in online trading volumes between April-July 2010. Fixings were up 115 per cent for Rhodium, Ruthenium and Iridium for the same period.
