Allegro, the leading provider of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) solutions, today announced connectivity though an application protocol interface (API) link to Trayport’s GlobalVision Trading Gateway, providing customers automated trade capture for European energy exchanges and major energy brokerages.  With all trade details captured into the Allegro platform in real-time, customers will experience improved efficiency, a reduction in errors and enhanced visibility into their portfolio.

This functionality, offered via Allegro’s Exchange Connect component, provides customers the ability to capture trades seamlessly across multiple commodities, markets and exchanges.  Allegro will interface with Trayport’s GlobalVision Trading Gateway platform, which facilitates trade execution on electronic exchanges, including Imarex, Nordpool, OMIP, ICE, EEX, and APX-Endex, as well as OTC brokered transactions via ICAP, Spectron, Tullet Prebon, GFI, TFS, Evolution, Cantor, SSY, and MF Global.  Trayport trades and all associated details will be immediately captured by Allegro’s Trade Execution process and made available for position management and valuation.
