Beijing pushes oil and metals higher

Crude oil prices breached the $82 a barrel mark this week and base metals also climbed as sentiment towards commodities was lifted by comments from the Chinese government saying it would boost spending to increase reserves of grains, edible oils, base metals and other important raw materials.
