After the Chinese Ministry of Land and Resources recently published its rare-earth production quotas for 2011, I did some digging around on the Ministry's Website to get some more detail. I was able to find the breakdown of quotas by region, for the last three years, and have published the numbers in a short article on the Technology Metals Research Website.
