ICAP plc (IAP.L), the world's premier interdealer broker, has expanded its base metals broking business with the recent hire of Paul Phillips.

ICAP began broking London Metal Exchange ( LME) base metals in January 2009, with a Category Two membership of the LME. ICAP offers broking services in futures, forwards and options on LME metals contracts.
