The case for coordinated position limits
In today’s globalised markets regulators are faced with a unique challenge: a dilemma between the markets’ theoretical ideals and practical structures. a globally coordinated unique regulatory body – vested with executive powers on regulation of markets via its member regulators representing economies across the world – seems to be the ideal remedy for markets in order to serve their economic functions effectively.
