Iran's oil output falls to a 20-year low

Oil traders and Western policy makers believe that Iran has so far offset some of the impact of the sanctions on its oil production by storing crude in tankers anchored off its coast in the Gulf, in an oil terminal near Alexandria, Egypt, and in tankers around the waters of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
